Further Customization of Service Desk email channel Setup

      A customer would like to be able to customize the Service Desk email channel further whereby it allow the following further options:

      1. Allow any users in To and CC fields that are not already Service Desk consumers to have accounts created for them.
      2. Another problem is that if a mail is to long can we attach mail to an issue. But this attechment can be viewed in Outlook.
      3. We want to delete assiagne from mail templetes but we didnt find JSD mail templates.
