A customer would like to be able to customize the Service Desk email channel further whereby it allow the following further options:
- Allow any users in To and CC fields that are not already Service Desk consumers to have accounts created for them.
- Another problem is that if a mail is to long can we attach mail to an issue. But this attechment can be viewed in Outlook.
- We want to delete assiagne from mail templetes but we didnt find JSD mail templates.
