      A customer would like to be able to customize the Service Desk email channel further whereby it allow the following further options:

      1. Allow any users in To and CC fields that are not already Service Desk consumers to have accounts created for them.
      2. Another problem is that if a mail is to long can we attach mail to an issue. But this attechment can be viewed in Outlook.
      3. We want to delete assiagne from mail templetes but we didnt find JSD mail templates.

            The Service Desk email templates do not currently include details about the assignee.

            They do, however, provide the details of the agent/participant making the comment.

            I don't fully understand the requirement around an email being too long. But I believe JSD-466 might resolve that issue. It is available on Cloud now, and will be in the next major Server release.

            Therefore closing this as a duplicate of JSD-1699, in regards to the Request Participants email feature?
