I think that at this moment reporting in Jira don't give user to much possibility to customize reports. There should be more reports to choose from or functionality to choose what kind of information should be visible in report. I think that lack of this type of functionality is a big problem in JIRA Service Desk.
More customization features without having to rely on third party plugins like eazyBi.
