Unable to open issues from links in Service Desk Queues

      Issue links displayed in queues fail to open the Issue View screen.

      steps to reproduce
      1. Open a queue to see the list of issues in it;
      2. Click either the Issue Key or Summary link.

      Expected result: Issue View screen is loaded.

      Actual result: URL and page title in the browser is modified, but the displayed content is the same.

      Example error from Firefox console:

      workaround

      Right-click on the link and open the Issue in a new browser tab.
