Description
Issue view links in Service Desk emails (ie. /servicedesk/customer/portal/1/TST-1) for issues that get created in one project and then are moved to another project no longer work in JSD 2.3.5 and beyond. A page with the error "Failed to retrieve a project from the given issue" is displayed instead of the expected Service Desk issue view.
Example:
- Issue is created in one project and an email gets sent out with a link to that issue (/servicedesk/customer/portal/1/TST-5)
- Issue is moved to another project (new JSD issue view link is /servicedesk/customer/portal/2/TEST-9)
- First issue view link (/servicedesk/customer/portal/1/TST-5) now displays a page with the error "Failed to retrieve a project from the given issue"
This issue appears to be related to this fix.
