Request description not showing actual text in form

Repro:

1. Make a service desk request type, fill in the description for this request with text "My Request" and fill in the intro link section (see screenshot) with the text: "Feeling Chilly?"

2. Save the request.

3. Attempt to edit the request again to modify the intro link.

Expected Results:

It should show the existing intro link so that I can modify it: "Feeling Chilly?"

Actual Results:

It shows the Description text instead: "My Request"
