Error occurs when uploading attachment to Service Desk from Internet Explorer 9. Works in Chrome and newer versions of IE without issue.
Tested on IE Version 9.0.8112.16421
Steps to reproduce
- From Jira Service Desk Customer Portal
- Create a Service Desk Request
- Select add attachment
- Select file/image and attach
- Cancel the attachment and try a second attempt to attach a file
Environment
- JIRA 6.4.5 with JIRA Service Desk 2.5.0
- JIRA 6.3.15 with JIRA Service Desk 2.3.6
Expected Behavior:
File attaches
Actual Behavior:
Attachment sits in waiting and never uploads (See Screenshots)

Workaround:
This only occurs in IE9, use newer IE version or other Browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari), until Fixed.
