Cannot upload attachment to Service Desk using IE9

      Error occurs when uploading attachment to Service Desk from Internet Explorer 9. Works in Chrome and newer versions of IE without issue.

      Tested on IE Version 9.0.8112.16421

      Steps to reproduce

      1. From Jira Service Desk Customer Portal
      2. Create a Service Desk Request
      3. Select add attachment
      4. Select file/image and attach
      5. Cancel the attachment and try a second attempt to attach a file

      Environment

      • JIRA 6.4.5 with JIRA Service Desk 2.5.0
      • JIRA 6.3.15 with JIRA Service Desk 2.3.6

      Expected Behavior:

      File attaches

      Actual Behavior:

      Attachment sits in waiting and never uploads (See Screenshots)

      Workaround:

      This only occurs in IE9, use newer IE version or other Browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari), until Fixed.
