Allow users add Signature at end of Issues

    • We collect Jira Service Desk feedback from various sources, and we evaluate what we've collected when planning our product roadmap. To understand how this piece of feedback will be reviewed, see our Implementation of New Features Policy.

      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Service Desk Server. Using JIRA Service Desk Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      We have a customer who would like to be able to add Signatures at the end of issue comments they write.

      This helps save time rather than having to rewrite and add signature at the end of all their comments.

            Best of luck to anyone waiting on this issue. We gave up on JSD because it was lacking this and other core features, and moved to Freshdesk. It seems as if Atlassian hasn't made it a priority in the last 5 years, and there's no motivation to change that stance in the next.

            Agent signatures is something that we have to have. I'm half way through an implementation and am in disbelief that it doesn't seem to be an option...

            I agree. The advertisement on every email rather than our own company branding looks amateur.
