As a user, I would like to add Customer Request Type field into Dashboard Gadget

    • We collect Jira Service Desk feedback from various sources, and we evaluate what we've collected when planning our product roadmap. To understand how this piece of feedback will be reviewed, see our Implementation of New Features Policy.

      NOTE: This suggestion is for Jira Service Management Data Center. Using Jira Service Management Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      At the moment, Customer Request Type field is not available as an option on any gadget. It will be great if we could include this field into the gadget for our reporting purposes.

            This is great news! Will this field be available for all gadgets, or only a subset of them? For example, it would be very helpful to have this on these existing gadgets:

            • Created vs. Resolved
            • Issue Statistics
            • Pie Chart
            • Two Dimensional Filter Statistics

            Also, will this be Data Center only or arrive in Server as well?
