Description
Summary
When using a different Event in the Workflow transition, the customer won't receive the notification of this event.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a new Service Desk using default Workflow and Notification scheme.
- Browse to Administration >> System >> Events and create a new Event (my test event) using create issue template as a test.
- In the Service Desk notification scheme, add Reporter and Assignee to this Event.
- Create a new Customer user, and report a request, the customer will receive a notification.
- Browse to the Service Desk project Administration section >> Workflows and Edit the workflow.
- Edit the Create Issue transition, and browse to the post function tab.
- Edit the event listener from "Issue Created" to "My test event".
- Publish the Draft and create a new Customer Request.
Expected Results
The customer receives the Create Issue notification.
Actual Results
The customer will not receive the Create Issue notification.
