      Actual behaviour

      Inside the Service Desk Administration screen you can browse through the "Customer Portal" tab and upload a logo, which will automatically generate a matching colour in the header.

      Expected behaviour

      We want to ability to manually set the colour of the customer portal instead of using the automatically generated pattern.

      Workaround

      Please use the 'customize appearance' options in the help center to configure:

      • Logo
      • Banner image
      • Banner background colour
      • Banner text colour
      • Button background colour
      • Button text colour

            The ability to brand customer-facing portals is critical! I am talking about the hosted (cloud) offering. The following branding options should be available:

            • Replacing the "JIRA Service Desk" logo in the blue top bar through the web UI
            • Replacing the color blue wherever it is used (top bar, buttons, etc.) with a different color through the web UI
            • Upload custom CSS code for overriding any styling used on the pages

            Hi Tim,

            I followed your tutorial. But in my case this does not change the panel like in the picture. Instead it does change the panel from the single service desk below the main navigation. Any workaround for this?

            It would be really nice to have this. And for us, the colour choice that Service Desk makes to go with the logo is very off brand for our company.
