      Actual behaviour

      Inside the Service Desk Administration screen you can browse through the "Customer Portal" tab and upload a logo, which will automatically generate a matching colour in the header.

      Expected behaviour

      We want to ability to manually set the colour of the customer portal instead of using the automatically generated pattern.

      Workaround

      Please use the 'customize appearance' options in the help center to configure:

      • Logo
      • Banner image
      • Banner background colour
      • Banner text colour
      • Button background colour
      • Button text colour
