    • We collect Jira Service Desk feedback from various sources, and we evaluate what we've collected when planning our product roadmap. To understand how this piece of feedback will be reviewed, see our Implementation of New Features Policy.

NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Service Desk Server. Using JIRA Service Desk Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

We have a number of Service Desks, some of which use a common workflow and essentially behave in the same way.

It would be great if it was possible to either share or import Automation rules from a different service desk, as in our setup most of the rules will apply to most of our desks, and making them from scratch each time is time consuming and could be a maintenance nightmare if we ever need to modify the rule.

[JSDSERVER-1847] Ability to share Service Desk Automation rules between Service Desks

having to set up each portal individually - is a pain in case you have 10+ clients with their own portals. There MUST be an ability to copy/clone/share settings. Otherwise it's very hard to support this solution

We also need this kind of rule to import the same automation rule from one project to another.

+1, we have hundreds of projects that all need the same rule.
