Notification to customer if their Email to SD has no description

    Description

      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Service Desk Server. Using JIRA Service Desk Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Problem Definition

      When customer sends an email to SD to create issue. If the email's body(description) is empty nothing will be created without customer/user being notified about it.

      Suggested Solution

      An email should be sent to sender of the email and notify the user that their issue has not been created.
