Incorrectly displayed Customer Request Type column

      When Customer Request Type is added to a Queue view, the values in it aren't displayed correctly - see screenshot.

            The Request Type field (sometimes called VpOrigin) is not as yet intended for proper display. It is used to track internally what request type an issue was created with.

            That said we should do a better job in how it displays. We have stories on our medium term back log to review this field and how it works.
