How to reproduce:

      • As a normal JIRA user, create an issue in JIRA.
      • Assign a JSD customer as "Request participants". This user is neither collaborator nor has he the browse project permission.
      • Write an internal comment

⇒ The customer can see the internal comment
⇒ The comment is not indicated as being internal with the red lock symbol
⇒ The comment can not be made internal

      Workaround:

      • Instead of opening the issue in JIRA, open it over the portal and assign the customer to the "Request participants". In an issue created this way, the comments work as expected.
      • (Do not write nasty internal comments about your customers )
