On Jira 11 Date Picker custom fields (and system field Due Date) have a preset help text that is visible on the Customer Portal:

"Enter the date in the following format: '%e/%b/%Y'“

There's no option to edit this text.

Earlier version did not have this text under the field.

As admin I would like to be able to edit this help text.
