Description
In Jira Service Management Data Center versions 11.0.0 and above, exporting Assets objects from the "Search for Objects" AQL results page via the export button always exports all attributes of the object type, regardless of which columns the user has configured via the "Columns" button. This is a regression from the previous behavior in JSM DC 10.3.x, where the export correctly respected the column selection — only the configured/visible columns were included in the CSV output. When we try to export search results in the Insight object schema search view, it exports all the columns. It should only export the selected columns in the list view.
Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate to Assets > Search for objects
- Enter an AQL query
- Click "Columns" and select only a subset of attributes
- Click the export button (arrow icon next to "Bulk actions")
- Download and open the resulting CSV file
Expected Results
CSV file contains only the attributes selected in "Columns," matching the behavior in DC 10.3.X
Actual Results
CSV file contains all attributes of the object type, ignoring the "Columns" selection. Please refer to the screenshots attached.
