Issue Summary

When attempting to create a Jira issue from an object in the Assets Object Schema, the UI freezes and becomes unresponsive.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to Assets in Jira Service Management.

1. Open an Object Schema.

1. Click the “Create” button to create an issue.

Expected Results

The “Create Jira Issue” dialog opens and allows the user to proceed without freezing.

Actual Results

The UI freezes after clicking the “Create” button when on the Assets Object Schema.

We see the following error on the browser console tab:
 

ObjectSchema.jspa?id=1&typeId=1&objectId=58:1 Refused to apply style from because its MIME type ('text/html') is not a supported stylesheet MIME type, and strict MIME checking is enabled.

batch.js?locale=en-US:54  GET JIRA_BASE_URL/s/net::ERR_ABORTED 404 (Not Found)

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
