Customize the Comment box location in the Customer Portal Request page

      Current State:

      Currently, the Comment Box is located at the top of the Customer Portal Request Page, whereas the Activity is listed below.

       

      Proposed Future State:

      It would be good to have the option to customize the Customer Portal page and place the comment box on the bottom.
