As of now, when a licensed user (agent) is mentioned in "public comment", the user will be added automatically to "Request Participant". This is causing issues with notifications as the licensed users mentioned in public comment are added as Request Participant after which they don't receive Jira/agent Notification.
It would be great if there is an option to stop/disable automatic addition of users to Request Participant when user is mentioned in public comment.
There are multiple customers who use agents (licensed users) and customers (un-licensed users) interchangeably in JSM projects. By auto addition of agents to Request Participants, the agents stop receiving Jira(agent) notifications.
