-
Component/s: Assets - Object, Type and Schema
-
Severity 3 - Minor
Issue Summary
Some assets date and datetime fields do not display in the configured look and feel format, specifically on the assets object schema page.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create an asset object type with datetime attribute
- Create an assets object and populate the datetime attribute
- View the assets object in the assets object schema page.
- Modify look and feel 'Complete Date/Time Format' and observe that the datetimes displayed do not change to match the specified format.
Expected Results
All displayed dates and datetimes in the Assets Object Schema page should match the Look and Feel formats specified.
Actual Results
In JSM 11.3.0:

- Dates on the right in the screenshot above appear to update based on the Jira date picker datetime format (application property: jira.date.time.picker.java.format)
- Unsure what exact datetime format configuration is used for the created dates on the left, however they have changed from 2 digit date year to 4 digit year in 11.3.0 (and don't appear to be configurable via ether date time picker or Look and Feel 'Complete Date/Time Format')
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
