Issue Summary
Jira Service Management 10.0 introduced the Change Calendar functionality, which allows agents to create Change Request and Change Window directly from a calendar.
While creating "Change Window" event, there is no drop down option to select hours outside 9AM to 6PM.
This is reproducible on Data Center: yes
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a IT Service Management Project.
- From the sidebar, select the Change calendar icon.

- Click on the “Add event”->Change window
- Click on the “Hour” option under Start/End field and there is no “Hour” outside 9AM to 6PM.
Expected Results
While creating "Change Window" event, user should be able to select any time from the hour drop down.
Actual Results
While creating "Change Window" event, there is no drop down option to select hours outside 9AM to 6PM.
Workaround
Manually type the time that has to be set in the “Hour” field and then click on “Create”
