      Issue Summary

In Jira Service Management (JSM) Data Center, when a date/time field is present on a request type screen in the customer portal, and the profile language is set to German (Deutsch), the date/time picker popup shifts sideways, making it impossible to select or adjust the minutes.

This issue is reproducible in JSM versions 10.3.10 and 5.12.29, but not in 5.4.30, indicating a regression introduced between 5.4.x and 5.12.x. The problem does not occur with the English user interface.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a request type in a JSM project.
      1. Add a date/time field to the request type screen.
      1. Set the profile language to Deutsch.
      1. Open the request type in the portal and click the calendar icon for the date/time field.
      1. Attempt to set the minutes. The popup moves sideways and is unusable.

      Expected Results

The date time picker should not change the width continuously and behave as in 5.4.x

      Actual Results

For any language, when the English word translation exceeds a certain length, it does not wrap and stretches the date time picker, making it unusable.

      Workaround

No safe workaround except switching to English or set any time, then change it directly in the text box.
