Issue Summary

The Jira user attribute of an Asset object doesn't show all users in the dropdown. However, when typing any letter of the username, the users are shown in the dropdown.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create at least 26 users. The purpose is to let the total number of users larger than 25.
2. Create an Asset object type with a Jira User attribute which filters on a user group.
3. Create an Asset object and select a Jira User for the attribute

Expected Results

The user attribute shows all users in the group in the dropdown.

Actual Results

Some users are not shown in the dropdown.

Workaround

The affected users can be shown after typing any letter of their usernames.
