Issue Summary

While using the basic search on the Assets scheme, no suggestions are displayed in the filter/search of a group type field until the user starts typing a value.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Upgrade Jira Service Management to version 10.3.9.
2. Create a few objects, making sure that the object has a Group attribute type with a value
3. Go to the Assets scheme and attempt to use the filter/search for the Group type attribute.
4. Observe that no suggestions are displayed until you begin typing.

Expected Results

Suggestions for available values should be displayed as soon as the group attribute is selected, even before typing.

JSM 5.12.26/9.12.26 behavior:

Actual Results

No suggestions are displayed until the user starts typing a value. Once typing begins, suggestions appear as expected.
