Issue Summary
Connected issues do not appear on Assets object details for an object that has an unclosed opening bracket "(" in its name.
The closing bracket ")" is missing in the object name.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create an Assets object that has an opening bracket "(" in its name, but not the closing one ")". e.g. "Device object (Host"
- Create an Assets custom field and configure it so the object from step 1 can be selected
- Create a Jira issue, associate the object from step 1 in a custom field create in step 2
- Open the object details (URL <baseURL>/secure/insight/assets/ITAM-1) and open the Connected tickets tab
Expected Results
"Connected tickets" tab contains the linked issue from step 3.
Actual Results
"Connected tickets" tab does not contain the linked issue from step 3.
Workaround
- Change the object name and add the the closing bracket ")" or change the object name and remove the opening bracket "(".
- Refresh the object page and the connected tickets will appear on the page.
