Issue Summary

On Linux, the "Delete Unknown Hosts" and "Delete Basic Hosts" options in the Discovery Tool cannot be unchecked. The UI reverts these options to checked even after manual changes in the settings or configuration file.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set up Discovery on Linux as per Using Discovery on Linux.
2. Access the Common settings and uncheck the Delete Unknown Hosts and Delete Basic Hosts options.
3. Close the settings to save the changes.
4. Access the Common settings again and verify of the options are configured as per last change.
5. (Optional) Edit the Discovery.cfg in a text editor and set the options to false. Save it and open the settings using mono Discovery.exe -s to verify the settings again.

Expected Results

Both the Delete Unknown Hosts and Delete Basic Hosts options are unchecked. This is working fine on Discovery Tool 7.1.4 installed on Windows.

Actual Results

Both the Delete Unknown Hosts and Delete Basic Hosts options are still checked. These are the only 2 options that can't be unchecked on Linux. Other options like Delete VM guests and Delete Duplicate Device can be checked and unchecked as desired.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
