Problem Description

For sites that have not migrated to Operations, a banner displaying the following text is shown for all JSM Requests.

This consumes a lot of space in the JSM Issue view screen and is shown on all the JSM Requests.

Suggested Resolution

Provide ability to disable the Ad for the whole site or ability to dismiss it permanently for an user.

Why this is important?

• It takes up a lot of screen space
• Non-admins cannot take any decisions based on the Ads/banners, so need not receive the Ad.
