      Issue Summary

Label templates created before JSM 5.13 lost formatting after upgrading Jira to JSM 5.13 later due to new editor for print label templates and textarea attributes in Assets

Customers can still utilize the label and print it; however, issues arise when modifications are required. When attempting to edit the template, the layout and formatting are lost, preventing customers from creating a new template with the new editor, as they cannot even view how the original template appeared.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Configure print labels in JSM 5.12.x
      2. Upgrade Jira to JSM 5.13 or later
      3. Go to Object schema > Configure > Switch to the Label templates tab > click edit on the label
        • Following message will be displayed
          Edit template
We've updated the label template editor. You may notice some formatting differences when you edit this template.

If you want to backup this template, consider cloning this template before you edit.
