Provide the ability to make comments mandatory on Customer Satisfaction surveys

      Currently the customer satisfaction survey is sent by email, the customers click on the rate and they are redirected for the Customer Portal with a confirmation page and an optional comment.

      We would like to make the comment mandatory, specially when giving a low rate on the survey.
