Summary

When searching for customers, the results show the Organizations next to their names, but users can't click on the Organization to be redirected to the organization's main page.

Suggestion

Having a hyperlink (<Jira_Base_URL>/projects/<PKEY>/organization/<ORG_ID>) in the organization name, like when searching for organizations in the Customers page.
