Provide a field on the portal to show customers their position in the queue

      At the moment we do not offer a native Jira field to display a customer's position in the queue (for the request type) on the Jira Service Management portal in a request.

      It would be nice to expose a native custom field with this info to show to customers and add to the request issue view.
