Issue Summary

Uninstalling Discovery Tool using discovery.exe -u, and was able to successfully remove the Service from the server, but one of the entries for Discovery in Programs and Features remains, with an id:

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install Discovery tool as a Windows Service
2. Uninstall the Service
3. An entry remains under Program and Features and you need to manually remove it

Expected Results

When uninstalling the Service all entries should be removed.

Actual Results

When uninstalling the Service an entry remains and needs to be manually uninstalled.

Workaround

Manually uninstall the entry under Programs and Features.
