    • We collect Jira Service Desk feedback from various sources, and we evaluate what we've collected when planning our product roadmap. To understand how this piece of feedback will be reviewed, see our Implementation of New Features Policy.

Currently, when viewing the SLA goals page in a Service Management project, we are given the percentage of success of that SLA. But we aren't shown the tickets which make up this number.

For each goal in an SLA, we are given the percentage success, but not shown which tickets make up this number. Our Reporting on SLAs page from older versions of JSM documentation provides the formulas used to calculate this. But customers cannot use JQL to confirm the number as there is no JQL whicih allows us to see ongoing tickets over the last 7 days.

Having the SLA goals page show the tickets making up the percentage would be great for customers to see the tickets making up the percentage and verify the results
