Enable Editing of Attached Forms on Mobile Apps (Cloud and Datacenter)

    • We collect Jira Service Desk feedback from various sources, and we evaluate what we've collected when planning our product roadmap. To understand how this piece of feedback will be reviewed, see our Implementation of New Features Policy.

      Currently, attached forms can only be viewed but not edited within the mobile apps.

      For field teams working with iPads, the ability to edit these forms directly on mobile devices would significantly improve workflow efficiency and reduce the need for switching to desktop systems.
