Missing requirements error when upgrading the Assets AWS Integration

      Issue Summary

When upgrading the Assets AWS Integration to version 2.2.19 or 2.2.20 on JSM 5.12.17, the error "An error occurred during installation. Refer to the logs for more information." is displayed. The error occurs regardless of whether the user updates the app through the UI or by uploading the OBR. The app is shown as compatible in the UI and Marketplace for this version of JSM.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a new JSM environment (version 5.12.17).
      2. Download and install a previous version of the Assets AWS Integration (for example, 2.2.17).
      3. Download and install one of two versions of the Assets AWS Integration: 2.2.19 or 2.2.20.

      Expected Results

      Upgrade is successful.

      Actual Results

Error "An error occurred during installation. Refer to the logs for more information." is displayed in the UI, and the following error can be seen in the logs:

UpmAsynchronousTaskManager:thread-1 ERROR admin [c.a.u.core.install.ObrPluginInstallHandler] OBR resolver has 12 unsatisfied requirements for installing plugin_16315762380401917910_insight-aws-integration-2.2.20.obr
