      Issue Summary

      Customer is reporting that they are unable to load the agents with workload report after upgrade to 10.x.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Navigate to the JSM project in question.
      2. Go to Project settings and then click on Reports.
      3. Click on the Worklog tab and the error occurs.

      Expected Results

      The worklog tab should load without any errors.

      Actual Results

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
