Issue Summary
Customer is reporting that they are unable to load the agents with workload report after upgrade to 10.x.
Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate to the JSM project in question.
- Go to Project settings and then click on Reports.
- Click on the Worklog tab and the error occurs.
Expected Results
The worklog tab should load without any errors.
