Disable customer notifications for comments made on specific status transitions

    • We collect Jira Service Desk feedback from various sources, and we evaluate what we've collected when planning our product roadmap. To understand how this piece of feedback will be reviewed, see our Implementation of New Features Policy.

      Currently, we can disable notifications for comments for the whole project, and we can disable notifications for customers on all status transitions.

       

      This request is to make a more granular toggle to disable customer notifications for comments made during specific issue transitions.
