Allow Request Types to be hidden on the UI and only accessible via direct link

    • We collect Jira Service Desk feedback from various sources, and we evaluate what we've collected when planning our product roadmap. To understand how this piece of feedback will be reviewed, see our Implementation of New Features Policy.

      If accessing hidden Jira request types through direct links were possible, it would not occupy any space on our public portals. This would allow Admins to scale up indefinitely, as it would have no impact on our public-facing footprint.

      Please add the ability to have direct link request types to Jira while remaining hidden on the portal
