Reduce the data saved in cookies

    • We collect Jira Service Desk feedback from various sources, and we evaluate what we've collected when planning our product roadmap. To understand how this piece of feedback will be reviewed, see our Implementation of New Features Policy.

      Currently, the Security Team is concerned that cookies store more information than necessary, which could include sensitive data. This poses a risk, especially if a device is lost, as unauthorized individuals could access this information through retained cookies.

      To mitigate this risk, we would like to find ways to minimize the data stored in cookies or automatically delete them.
