      Issue Summary

If the Reporter is an inactive user, the stop condition Comment: For Customers won't stop the SLA. Recalculating the SLA doesn't help.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create an SLA with the stop condition Comment: For Customers
      2. Create a new issue
      3. Deactivate the reporter's account
      4. From the UI, make a public comment on the issue

      Expected Results

The SLA will stop as the condition is met

      Actual Results

The SLA keeps running after the comment has been published

      Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
