Due to this Jira bug: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-78674# JSM is unable to detect resolution set SLA stop conditions in some cases.
This suggestion is to add notification for Administrators if a JSM project contains SLA's which are incompatible with post functions on that same JSM project.
