Allow for searching in multi-select fields on transition screens

    • We collect Jira Service Desk feedback from various sources, and we evaluate what we've collected when planning our product roadmap. To understand how this piece of feedback will be reviewed, see our Implementation of New Features Policy.

      On the create and edit screen you can type to search in multi-select cascading fields, this is not an option for the same field on transition screens. Please allow for the ability to search in this fields on all screens, not just the create and edit. 

       

      I'm not sure if this is a feature or bug, but it would be a great help to our teams to have the ability to search this field on all screens.
