Issue Summary
When editing a DateTime field from the Object view(https://<Jira URL>/secure/insight/assets/<Object-Key>., trying to type in the hour/min field doesn't reflect the number entered on the keyboard
Steps to Reproduce
- For example: If I highlight the "1" in 11:00 and type "9" it changes to a 3
- Here is a screenshot of how it looks on my end:
- Using the AM/PM dropdown and selecting the other option will sometimes alter the date and always alters the hour but flips it between two values
- For example: 05:00 becomes 11:00 when PM is selected and then back to 05:00 when AM is selected

Expected Results
You should be able to manually enter a date/time value in the object view but this is not currently possible
Actual Results
The date/time value entered does not reflect the value the user is selecting. AM/PM dropdown option also alters the time and this is not expected
Workaround
You can alter a DateTime value normally from the Schema View:
Assets (At the top) > Object Schemas > Schema your editing > Select object from the left hand menu > Select Edit
The editing fields are different from this view and work as expected.
The latest LTS release of 10.3 does not appear to be affected either
