Assets Discovery - Better Error Messages - ACC: Task is running

      Within the Discovery Tool > Console
      When there are Several scan settings, the Discovery Tool appears as if it not functioning and the only error message we see is in the Console, which states:

      ACC: Task is running

      It is difficult to identify what was wrong or even how to check it.
      If we could add to the error message to run Discovery.exe -stsc to see what is going on.
