      Issue Summary

If you have integrated Jira with Confluence Cloud for a Knowledge base integration using the steps on Set up a knowledge base with Confluence Cloud

Then you cannot integrate or search for any space that has been created with a non custom purpose, even if the added category is removed later.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a new Confluence Cloud space, selecting the Knowledge Base or Collaboration purpose
      2. Integrate with Confluence Cloud using Set up a knowledge base with Confluence Cloud
      3. Create a JSM project
      4. Setup the Knowledge Base integration and search for the created space
      5. See the space does not appear in the dropdown.

      Expected Results

Any space that the user has permission for, should appear in the dropdown.

      Actual Results

Only spaces created without a category are shown in the dropdown.

      Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available.
