Upgrade Codemirror Javascript library

      JSM, or more precisely the included Assets plugin, includes an outdated (more than 10 years old) version of the CodeMirror JavaScript library and loads this library into the jira-admin context.

      For example, in  JSM 10.3.0 Codemirror version is 3.20.0, that is 11 years old. The latest version is 6.0.1.

      This causes problem for 3rd-party apps utilising CodeMirror that have dependancy on a later version of the libraray.

      Please upgrade CodeMirror version in JSM
