      Currently JSD mail handler can only use "personal" mailboxes.

      But there are several reasons why one would prefer to use a shared mailbox.

      This for example would reduce unnecessary license costs for end users.

      I would prefer this change to give the Jira admin the possibility to configure a shared mailbox in a way like this:
